Stuck on what to get for someone for Christmas or Hanukah?  Here are a few things that I’m either wanting or giving. My friend Hardeep invented a great purse organizer called the “Pursen”.  

Basically you put your essentials in the Pursen so you can change out your pocketbooks in a flash.  The make up bags are fabulous too. I always bring my lunch to work so Mike got this Built lunch bag a few years ago. I love it and now they come in all kinds of funky colors.  

Photo gifts from Shutterfly (or whatever service you like) are always well received, inexpensive and personal. Another thing that’s cool and not that not that pricey is TV DVD box sets.  I am hoping someone gets me Mad Men, Dexter or Weeds season 4  Spoiler alert if my in-laws are not reading this–I’m planning on getting them tickets to Jersey Boys at the Fox Theater May 27th-June 21st.

Richard’s Variety in Buckhead and Midtown rocks.  They have so many funky, hilarious, gag-y type gifts that are so original.  One of my favorite items from Richard’s is the Obama change of clothes magnets.  Got more ideas?  Post them here!  Happy almost holidays!!!

We spent Thanksgiving with our second family, the Fishmans. Eric, Bonnie, Gerry Klaskala (from Aria) and Kevin Rathbun (from Rathbun’s) made an incredible meal.  

I had every intention of doing the kickboxing this morning to work it off but I am feeling like total crap. This cold that’s been going around has been kicking my ass. Since it was a good day to lay around I finally caught up on this season’s Grey’s Anatomy (which is improving, but is still kinda lame). Yawn. Am I really that sick or is this just a food coma?

I am a huge fan of the Howard Stern show so naturally I love Artie too.  He was soooo nice and I can’t believe he actually called in EARLY.  Hopefully after our “chat” he’ll consider coming to Atlanta for stand up (and say hi Howard for me—yeah right).  Check out Artie Lange’s new book called “Too Fat to Fish”.   Love ya Artie!!!!!!!!!!
