Tryptophan Induced Comas
Welcome back to reality, it’s good to see you recovered from your tryptophan induced coma. I know I did. Granted, that’s the beauty of Thanksgiving isn’t it? Get together with a bunch of friends and/or family and eat so much that the human body actually says to you “ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?”Â
My Thanksgiving, for example, was filled with frying turkeys, drinking (too much) and eating pounds upon pounds of food. I, without exaggeration, ate 3.9 lbs of food. My family is weird like that when we have to weigh what it is we eat…odd. Either way, I powered it all down and was quite the content man.Â
I do hope; however, that you enjoyed yours as much as I did mine because in these trying times, we do need to sit back, relax and revel in the more positive aspects of our lives. Now I know Black Friday was a nightmare (with one confirmed fatality at a WalMart up north), but it’s the feeling of the coming season that makes things just a TAD brighter.Â
More goodies to come for you as the week progresses and I’ll try to give you some EXCELLENT musical choices as well, things have been quite hectic.Â
Keep rockin’ Atlanta, life is good.
